2024 BMW Dream Giveaway & Ryno Sweepstakes has multiple entry methods. If you enter through DreamGiveaway.com, your entry will be sponsored by New Beginning Children's Homes, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the Law. Any purchases made through HeyRyno.com are not tax deductible.
NO PURCHASE, CONTRIBUTION, DONATION OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE, CONTRIBUTION, DONATION, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds of winning equal to one divided by the total number of tickets issued.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win a Dream Giveaway and/or HeyRyno.com drawing. 2024 BMW Dream Giveaway & Ryno Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) entry period commences on November 6, 2023, and ends on June 25, 2024. One (1) Grand- Prize will be awarded consisting of one 2023 BMW M4 CLS and one 2023 BMW M1000 RR motorcycle, plus $51,000.00 to be applied toward the winner's IRS withholding requirement for federal income taxes (approximate current retail value of the Grand-Prize is $242,100.00) (“Grand Prize”). Odds of winning - one (1) divided by total number of valid entries received. Sponsors: New Beginning Children's Homes, Inc., PO Box 529, Centerton, AR 72719 (“NBCH”) and Ryno.co, Inc., 12955 Starkey Rd Suite 3900 Largo FL 33773 (“Ryno”).
Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. (except Oregon) and Canada (except Quebec). Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void in Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. No entries will be accepted from inmates of a correctional facility. No employees of NBCH, the independent firm responsible for selecting the winner, paid consultants to NBCH or members of NBCH's Board of Directors or their immediate family members (defined as spouse or children) are eligible to participate. Participation constitutes entrant's (“Entrant”) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsors’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Sponsors/Administrator. The Sponsors of this drawing are New Beginning Children's Homes, Inc., PO Box 529, Centerton, AR 72719 and Ryno.co, Inc., 12955 Starkey Rd Suite 3900 Largo FL 33773. ("Sponsor(s)"). The Administrator of the Sweepstakes is FN Funding, Inc. dba Dream Giveaway, 12955 Starkey Road, Suite 3900, Largo, Florida 33773.
Timing. The Sweepstakes entry period commences on November 6, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on June 25, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Administrator is the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes and all Dream Giveaway and Ryno drawings.
How to Enter. Below are the methods to enter the Sweepstakes:
*Enter via the published Dream Giveaway website for this Sweepstakes with a donation to NBCH indicating which drawing Entrant wishes to enter (i.e., the 2024 BMW Dream Giveaway). With this method, after completing the entry process, Entrant may choose to receive a return e-mail confirmation containing a certificate (“Certificate”) confirming his or her entry number(s) and the particular drawing to which they are entered. If the Entrant chooses to have his or her Certificate delivered in a manner other than e-mail, a $1.95 service charge will be added for mail delivery in U.S. or $4.95 non-U.S. mail delivery.
*Place a toll-free call to 866-600-0646 with a donation to NBCH, indicating which drawing Entrant wishes to enter (i.e., the 2024 BMW Dream Giveaway). Minimum donation using this method is $25.00. With this method, after completing the entry process, Entrant may choose to receive a return e-mail confirmation containing a Certificate confirming his or her entry number(s) and the particular drawing to which they are entered. If Entrant chooses to have his or her Certificate delivered in a manner other than e-mail, a $1.95 service charge will be added for mail delivery in the U.S. or $4.95 non-U.S. mail delivery.
*Mail in the official mail-in entry form with donation to NBCH indicating which drawing the Entrant wishes to enter to PO Box 5033, Boone, IA 50950-0033. Mail must be postmarked no later than ending date referenced in paragraph 3 above and received no later than 7 days following ending date. With this method, after completing the entry process, Entrant may choose to receive a return e-mail confirmation containing a Certificate confirming his or her entry number(s) and the particular drawing to which they are entered. If the Entrant chooses to have his or her Certificate delivered in a manner other than e-mail, a $1.95 service charge will be added for mail delivery in the U.S. or $4.95 non-U.S. mail delivery.
*Complimentary Entry. From time to time Sponsor(s) and/or Administrator promotional partners may offer complimentary entries. With this method, after completing the entry process, Entrant will receive a return e-mail confirmation containing a Certificate confirming his or her entry number(s) and the particular drawing to which they are entered.
*Make an eligible purchase on HeyRyno.com. Eligible individuals who make an online purchase at www.HeyRyno.com, during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, will automatically receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes for each $1.00 spent on an eligible purchase. Entries will be attributed to the email address Entrant used to make the applicable eligible purchase. No limit on number of entries received with a purchase on www.HeyRyno.com. Purchase transaction must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT June 25, 2024 to be eligible to receive entries in the Sweepstakes. The number of entries you receive will be calculated based on the list price of your eligible purchase (excludes sales tax and shipping charges) and will be rounded up to the nearest dollar. If a purchase is returned prior to the drawing, entry/ies associated with that purchase will be voided. All purchases are subject to Ryno’s return policy (see below). Purchases made using a HeyRyno.com Inc. Gift Cards are not eligible purchases. Any amount spent by purchaser over the Gift Card value is considered an eligible purchase and will receive entries calculated based on the purchased item (e.g., purchase $100 of product using a $50 HeyRyno.com Gift Card and receive 50 entries into the Sweepstakes).
Refund/Return Policy: All sales are final. All sales are in US Dollars. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds. Once an order is placed, your entries are automatically and immediately submitted. We cannot alter entries for the Sweepstakes. Exchanges are subject to our Refund and Exchange Policy outlined in our Terms of Use https://heyryno.com/termsofservice.
Free Entry Method. To receive ten (10) entry codes without donating, mail one self-addressed postage paid envelope to NBCH P.O. Box 1388 Cedar Rapids, IA 52406-1388, (except Vermont residents are not required to affix return postage). Limit one (1) request for ten (10) entry codes per outer envelope. Ten (10) entry codes will be returned in the envelope provided to each mail-in request that complies with these requirements. Upon receipt of the entry codes, entry codes can be registered either by going to the specified website or calling customer service directly at 727-536-2777. No service charge or fee will apply to this method of entry. Mail for Free Entry Method to any other address will be disqualified and destroyed. To the extent that bonus or special entries are awarded in connection with one or multiple of the foregoing entry methods (i.e., those related to a donation or a purchase), then the same number of bonus or special entries will be awarded in connection free entry method requests postmarked within the relevant time period.
All mail-in entries must include all requested information (as stated above) to be considered an entry. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted and will be destroyed Mail must be postmarked no later than ending date referenced in paragraph 3 above and received no later than 7 days following ending date. Mail-In entries received that follow the instructions noted above will earn one (1) entry per envelope. No limit on number of entries received via the no purchase method of entry (mail-in entries). Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. No photocopies, facsimiles or reproductions of mail-in entry will be accepted.
Sponsors and Administrator are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Metered mail will not be accepted.
Additional Conditions. For any reason you may request a refund of your Dream Giveaway donation and cancellation of your entry(s) related to your donation within 15 days prior to ending date of drawing by calling customer service at 727-536-2777.
Any incomplete or illegible entries will not be processed. The use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, photocopied entries, or multiple entries sent in bulk mail, or like methods (including without limitation the use of any promotion/sweepstakes subscription, notification entry or like sites or services that offers sweepstakes entry services "on behalf of" Entrant) is strictly prohibited. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of tickets or entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods may void that Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Neither Sponsors nor Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, postage due, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entry applications, which will be disqualified and destroyed. In the event of a dispute as to any entry application, the authorized account holder of the email address, if applicable, used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. Except in the case of gift entries, all entries must be made in the name of the individual and no transfer of ownership of a ticket is permitted. No entries will be accepted from or on behalf of, corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other entities. Winner Selection Drawing. On or about July 11, 2024, an independent firm will randomly and electronically select one conditional Grand Prize winner (“Conditional Grand Prize Winner”) and two alternate Grand Prize winners (“Alternate Conditional Winners”) from among all valid entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period from all entry methods outlined above. You do not need to be present to win.
Winner Notification. The Conditional Grand- Prize Winner for Sweepstakes will be notified using the contact information entered on the entry form, within three (3) business days from the drawing and notified that they were. Mail-in entries received that follow the instructions noted above will earn ten (10) entries per envelope. No limit on number of entries received via the no purchase method of entry (mail-in entries). Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. No photocopies, facsimiles or reproductions of mail-in entry will be accepted. Sponsors and Administrator are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Metered mail will not be accepted. selected as the Conditional Grand- Prize Winner and will be conditionally awarded the Grand Prize (defined below). If Administrator is unable to contact any Conditional Grand- Prize Winner or Entrant fails to respond to the Administrator's initial contact within three (3) business days of notification or return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts, Entrant will be disqualified and an Alternate Conditional Winner will be notified as the new Conditional Grand Prize Winner. Neither Sponsors nor Administrator are not responsible for any change of email address and/or mailing address of Entrants, nor are Sponsors or Administrator responsible for any lost or damaged mail.
Verification of Conditional Winner(s). CONDITIONAL GRAND-PRIZE WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR(S). Entrant(s) selected as Conditional Grand Prize Winner(s) will be contacted within 3 business days following notification and will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within 7 days of the date notice is sent, a notarized affidavit of eligibility, a notarized prize selection affidavit, IRS W-9 form, liability/publicity release (except where prohibited). If a Conditional Grand- Prize Winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the above required documents, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Conditional Grand Prize Winner forfeits prize and Sponsors may award the applicable prize to a selected Alternate Conditional Winner. If the Conditional Grand Prize Winner is a Canadian resident, to win, the Conditional Grand-Prize Winner must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question administered by telephone.
Odds of Winning. Odds of winning = One (1) divided by total number of valid tickets timely entered for the Sweepstakes.
Grand-Prize. 2024 BMW Dream Giveaway - One (1) Grand- Prize will be awarded consisting of one 2023 BMW M4 CLS and one 2023 BMW M1000 RR motorcycle, plus $51,000 to be applied toward the winner's IRS withholding requirement for federal income taxes (approximate current retail value of the Grand- Prize is $242,100.00) or an alternate cash prize of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00), subject to IRS withholding requirements. If winner selects cash option, he or she will receive a check for $75,000.00 Additionally a withholding payment in the amount of $25,000.00 will also be applied to the winner’s IRS withholding. All non-stated options and features are in Sponsors’ discretion and subject to availability. Once Conditional Grand Prize Winner is certified, arrangements will be made to award the Grand- Prize at a prize award ceremony. When applicable, the Grand- Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) must provide proof of insurance and a valid driver's license in order to receive any vehicle included in a Grand Prize. The Grand- Prize awards will take place at a location and date determined solely by the Sponsor(s). If the Sponsor(s) requires the Grand Prize Winner to travel to receive the award, the Grand- Prize Winner will be given a stipend to cover his or her reasonable round-trip coach-class transportation from a major airport near Grand Prize Winner's residence and one night lodging expense for one person to attend the award ceremony. If the Conditional Prize Winner is not able to travel on the date required by the Sponsor(s), the prize may be forfeited. The Grand- Prize Winner agrees to participate in the award ceremony as a condition to receive the Grand Prize. Should the Grand- Prize winner receive a non-cash Grand- Prize which includes cash for taxes, the Sponsor(s) or Sponsor(s)'s agent acting on behalf of Sponsor(s), agrees to pay the published amount toward the IRS withholding requirement on behalf of the Grand-Prize Winner (resulting from winning the Grand- Prize). For purposes of federal taxes, the net fair market value of the Grand- Prize, plus any published cash award applied toward the IRS withholding requirement, as of the date the winner receives the Grand-Prize, will determine the net value of the Grand- Prize, not the approximate current retail value of the Grand- Prize. If the cash portion of the Grand- Prize, should any exist, not fulfill the withholding requirement calculated by applying the IRS gross-up formula to the net fair market value of the Grand Prize at the time of the award, the Grand Prize Winner will be required to fund the difference at (or prior) to receiving the Grand- Prize. Grand- Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes resulting from winning the Grand- Prize including all federal, state, provincial, municipal, and local, taxes, fees, assessments and like charges. Grand Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor'(s)’s sole discretion. Sponsor(s) reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason.
Entry Conditions and Release. By entering this Sweepstakes or any Dream Giveaway drawing, each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, Privacy Policy and the decisions of the Administrator which are binding and final in all matters; (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsors, Administrator, and each of their respective parents, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, all social media agencies we deal with, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, Snap Chat, Pinterest, Twitter, Quora, Linked-In and others, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting this Sweepstakes or any other Dream Giveaway drawings, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to an Entrant 's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in this Sweepstakes or any other Dream Giveaway drawing, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes or any other Dream Giveaway drawing and/or Entrant's acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.
Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in this Sweepstakes or any other Dream Giveaway drawing constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor(s) and its agents use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions. Sponsor(s) reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify any Dream Giveaway drawing (including this Sweepstakes), or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor(s)'s or Administrator’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this Sweepstakes or any other Dream Giveaway drawing, as determined by Sponsor(s) in its sole discretion. Sponsor'(s) reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor(s) reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor(s)'s or Administrator’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Conditional Grand Prize Winner(s) of any Grand Prize may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to be awarded the Grand Prize. All entry information becomes the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor(s) and will not be returned or canceled.
Limitations of Liability. If for any reason an entry or ticket is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant's sole remedy is another similar entry or ticket in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible for Sponsor(s) to award another entry due to discontinuance of the drawing, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor(s), at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all valid entries received for this Sweepstakes or any other Dream Giveaway drawing (as applicable) up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor(s) reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims. In the event that information, in any published ad, press release, article, brochure, or any other communication regarding a Dream Giveaway drawing conflicts with the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall take precedence over all other communications or published materials. Sponsor(s) reserves the right to make changes in the rules of any Dream Giveaway drawing, including this Sweepstakes, to correct typographical errors or maintain legal compliance, and such changes shall become effective on the date published on the web site(s).
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant, or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error, which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize; or (f) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, including but not limited to, by reason of unauthorized human intervention, spam filters, privacy settings, inactive email accounts or an Entrant’s failure to monitor its email account.. If for any reason an Entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, any governmental order, epidemic, pandemic, force majeure, social media mandate, printing, administrative or other error of any kind, transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor(s) or Administrator that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor(s) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated before the original end date, to select the winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date/time of termination.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE(S) AWARDED WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND (2) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
FOR CALIFORNIA ENTRANTS: EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OF THE UNITED STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS:
“CERTAIN CLAIMS NOT AFFECTED BY A GENERAL RELEASE. A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”
ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. Arbitration. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any Prize or Grand Prize awarded, shall be exclusively by final and binding arbitration to administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the rules of AAA. To the extent permitted by the governing rules, the arbitration shall be conducted by written submissions only, or video conference technology such as Zoom. If the governing rules do not so permit, the arbitration shall be held at the AAA location nearest to your residence.; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction; and (4) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain an award for, and the parties to these Official Rules hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any If AAA is unavailable, unwilling, or otherwise unable to administer an arbitration in accordance with these rules, then another administrator that will do so will be selected by agreement of the parties. If the parties cannot agree, then they will jointly petition a court to appoint an administrator that will do so other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes). The parties to these Rules further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Class-action waiver. Entrants further agree that, except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, including any Prize or Grand Prize awarded, shall be resolved on individual basis, without resort to any form of class action, collective action or mass action. There will be no right or authority for any dispute to be brought, heard or arbitrated as a class or collective action ("Class Action Waiver").
Thirty-Day Right to Opt Out. You have the right to opt out of the arbitration requirement by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to the following e-mail address: support@dreamgiveaway.com within thirty days after first becoming subject to these terms. Your notice must include your name and address, the e-mail address you used to set up your online account (if you have one), and an unequivocal statement that you want to opt out of the arbitration requirement. In the event you opt out, all other parts of this Agreement will continue to apply. Opting out of this arbitration agreement has no effect on any other obligations to arbitrate that you may currently have, or may enter in the future, with us.
Severability. If for any reason, any portion of these Official Rules, including this arbitration section, is found to be illegal, void or unenforceable, that portion will be severed, and it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of these Official Rules which shall continue in full force and effect.

Requests for the winner list must be received on or before 180 days after drawing ending date.
